الإندماج الإجتماعي وعلاقته باتجاه الشباب الجامعي نحو العمل التطوعي في ضوء رؤية مصر ٢٠٣٠ "Social merger and its relationship with university youth tendency for voluntary work in view of Egypt vision 2030"

يهدف البحث إلي التعرف على العلاقة بين الإندماج الإجتماعي واتجاه الشباب نحو العمل التطوعي في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 ، وقد استخدُم في البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك من خلال تطبيق أدوات الدراسة التي أعدتها الباحثة وهي كالتالي : (استمارة البيانات العامة للشباب ، استبيان الإندماج الإجتماعي ، استبيان اتجاه الشباب نحو العمل التطوعي) وتكونت عينة البحث من (250) شاب وفتاة تم اختيارهم بصورة غرضية من جامعات (عين شمس – بنها) من كليات مختلفة (نظرية – عملية) وقد تم تطبيق الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لإستخلاص النتائج في ضوء الفروض وكانت من أهم النتائج : وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة احصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) ، (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات استجابات الشباب عينة البحث الأساسية لإستبيان الإندماج الإجتماعي بأبعاده الثلاثة (العلاقات الإجتماعية – التقبُل الإجتماعي – المشاركة المجتمعية) ومتوسط درجة استجابتهم على اتجاههم نحو العمل التطوعي بمحاوره الأربعة (اتجاه معرفي – اتجاه وجداني – اتجاه سلوكي – اتجاه قيمي) في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030 ، وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين الذكور والإناث في أبعاد استبيان الإندماج الإجتماعي لصالح الذكور ، وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين الكليات النظرية والعملية في أبعاد استبيان الإندماج الإجتماعي ككل لصالح الكليات العملية ، وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين الذكور والإناث في محاور استبيان اتجاه الشباب نحو العمل التطوعي ككل لصالح الذكور ، وجود فروق دالة احصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) في متوسطات استجابات الشباب على محاور استبيان اتجاه الشباب نحو العمل التطوعي ككل لصالح مستوى التعليم العالي للأب والأم.
وقد تم تقديم بعض التوصيات منها بث الوعي لدى الشباب نحو التطوع من خلال وسائل الإعلام وحملات التوعية والندوات وورش العمل بالجامعات ، التعرف على معوقات مشاركة الشباب الجامعي في الأعمال التطوعية ، وايضاً الإهتمام بتوعية الأفراد بأهمية العمل التطوعي ودوره غي تنمية المجتمع.
The research aims to identify the relationship between Social merger and youth’s tendency for voluntary work in view of Egypt’s Vision 2030. The descriptive analytical method was used in the research by applying the study tools prepared by the researcher, which are as follows: (general youth data form, social merger questionnaire, questionnaire the trend of young people for voluntary work. The research sample consisted of (250) young men and women who were purposefully selected from universities (Ain Shams - Benha) from different faculties (theoretical - practical). Appropriate statistical methods were applied to extract results in view of the hypotheses, and these were among the most important results. : There is a positive, statistically significant correlation at the significance level (0.01), (0.05)between the average scores of the responses of young people from the basic research sample to the social merger questionnaire with its three dimensions (social relations - social acceptance - community participation) and the average score of their responses to their attitude for voluntary work with its four axes (cognitive attitude - emotional attitude - behavioral attitude - value direction) in view of Egypt’s vision 2030, the presence of statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.01) between males and females in the dimensions of the social merger questionnaire in favor of males, the presence of statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.01) between the theoretical and practical colleges in the dimensions of the social merger questionnaire as a whole in favor of the practical colleges, the presence Statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.01)between males and females in the axes of the questionnaire on youth orientation for voluntary work as a whole, in favor of males. There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) in the averages of youth responses on the axes of the questionnaire on youth orientation for voluntary work as a whole, in favor of the level of higher education of the father and mother.
Some recommendations were presented, including spreading awareness among young people about volunteering through the media, awareness campaigns, seminars, and workshops at universities, identifying obstacles to university youth’s participation in volunteer work, and also paying attention to educating individuals about the importance of volunteer work and its role in community development.
