إثراء الجانب الجمالي للجاكت الحريمي من الجلد الطبيعي باستخدام تقنيات الليزر Enrichment of the Aesthetic Aspect of Women's Jacket Made of Natural Leather by Using Laser Techniques

       يتم إجراء هذا البحث بهدف إثراء الجانب الجمالي للجاكت الجلد الحريمي المصنوع من الجلد الطبيعي عن طريق استخدام تقنية الليزر في حفر وتفريغ زخارف التراث القديم بما يتناسب مع التصميم المعاصر للجاكت وطرق تحضير الجلد لدباغة والأساليب المستخدمة في عملية الدباغة وكذلك معرفة مواصفات الجلد الطبيعي المستخدم في عمل الجاكت وكذلك التعرف على الليزر وأنواع أشعة الليزر وكيفية استخدامه في مجال الملابس من خلال القص والحفر والتفريغ على الجلد، وكذلك الاختبارات التي تم إجراءها على الجلد الطبيعي لجاكت المنفذ بمعهد القياس والمعايرة مثل اختبار الوزن المتر مربع وقوة الشد والإستطالة ومعامل الانسدال، وقد اشتمل البحث على 10 تصاميم لجاكت جلد طبيعي واستُخدم في الدراسة أداة الاستبيان الذي تم عرضه على مجموعة من المتخصصين وتوصلوا إلى أن أعلى نسبة قبول كانت للتصميم رقم 7 مما دفع الدارسة إلى تنفيذه ذلك لتحقق عناصر وأسس التصميم به. حيث تميز عن باقي التصميمات بحصوله على أعلى نسبة قبول من قبل الحكام المتخصصين وتم تنفيذه على خامة جلد طبيعي ضأن تم صباغته باللون الأحمر وجلد أسود ضأن للبطانة والنوع الثانى للبطانة اللاصقة لجسم سالية لونها أسود وتم عمل بطانة ستان له واستخدام تقنية الحفر بالليزر لزخارف المستخدمة المقتبسة من الفن القديم.
This research is conducted with the aim of enriching the aesthetic aspect of the women's leather jacket made of natural leather by using laser technology to etch and hollow out ancient heritage decorations in a way that suits the contemporary design of the jacket, methods of preparing the leather for tanning, and the methods used in the tanning process, as well as knowing the specifications of the natural leather used in making the jacket. As well as learning about lasers and the types of laser beams and how to use them in the field of clothing through cutting, engraving and discharging the skin, as well as the tests that were conducted on the natural leather of the jacket carried out at the Institute of Measurement and Calibration, such as testing the weight of a square meter and the tensile strength and resistance. The research included 10 designs for a leather jacket. Naturally, the study used a questionnaire tool that was presented to a group of specialists. They concluded that the highest acceptance rate was for Design No. 7, which prompted the study to implement it in order to verify the elements and foundations of its design. It was distinguished from other designs by obtaining the highest acceptance rate by the specialized judges. It was executed on natural cowhide material, and a satin lining was made for it. Laser engraving technology was used for the decorations used, taken from ancient art.
