    للملابس دور هام في حياة الإنسان ، فهي تعكس فكر الفرد عن ذاته وعن شخصيته ، كما تعتبر وسيلة تعبير جمالية وفنية ، فهي تلعب دوراً نفسياً هاماً ، حيث تساعد على خلق الثقة بالنفس واحترام الذات والشعور بالسعادة والحرية .
 
    ويعتبر الأداء الوظيفي لملابس عاملات النظافة بصفة عامة من أهم المتطلبات الواجب توافرها في الملبس ، حيث يعبر عن مدى ملاءمة الزي للعوامل البيئية منذ بداية تصميمه ، فالعاملة تتأثر بالبيئة المحيطة بها اثناء القيام بالعمل أو بأي مجهود عضلي أو أداء حركي .
 
    ويعد تصميم المنتجات طبقا لعلم الارجونومية نشاطاً يقوم على المعلومات في المقام الأول ، إذ تحتاج هذه المنتجات التي تُصمم للاستخدام البشري إلى كم كبير من المعلومات تتعلق بالبشر الذين يُصمم المنتج من أجلهم.

    Clothes play an important role in a person’s life, as they reflect an individual’s thoughts about himself and his personality. It is also considered an aesthetic and artistic means of expression. It plays an important psychological role, as it helps create self-confidence, self-esteem, and a feeling of happiness and freedom.
 
    The functional performance of cleaners' clothing in general is considered one of the most important requirements that must be met in clothing, as it expresses the suitability of the uniform to environmental factors from the beginning of its design. The worker is affected by the environment surrounding her while doing the work or by any muscular effort or motor performance.
 
    Designing products according to ergonomics is an activity based primarily on information, as these products that are designed for human use need a large amount of information related to the humans for whom the product is designed.
 
    The research aims to:
 
1- Determine the technical specifications for the production of cleaning women’s clothing according to the functional and aesthetic requirements according to the work environment.
2- Design and produce clothing for female university workers in light of modern functional, aesthetic and textile requirements in accordance with the rules of ergonomics.
3- Identify the percentage of agreement between specialists in achieving the proposed designs for functional and aesthetic requirements.
4- Identify the percentage of workers’ agreement in achieving the proposed designs for functional and aesthetic requirements.
 
    The search found :
 
1- There are statistically significant differences between the seven designs in achieving the innovative aspect, according to the opinions of specialists.
2- There are statistically significant differences between the seven designs in achieving the functional aspect, according to the opinions of specialists.
3- There are statistically significant differences between the seven designs in achieving the aesthetic aspect, according to the opinions of specialists.
4- There are statistically significant differences between the seven designs according to the opinions of specialists.
5- There are statistically significant differences between the seven designs according to the opinions of female consumers.
 
    The research recommended :
 
1- Setting technical specifications for the production of cleaning women’s clothing according to the “functional and aesthetic” requirements according to the nature of the environment accompanying the work.
2- Communication between scientific research centers and cleaning women’s clothing factories to continuously develop them according to the latest scientific results.
3- Ensure that the fabrics of cleaning women’s clothing are prepared against “dirt, heat, wrinkles, and microbes.”
