المستخلص

يهدف البحث إلي إعداد وتنفيذ برنامج تدريبي مقترح  لجودة تشطيب وكي بنطلون الجينز الرجالي و تحديد الفترة الزمنية اللازمة للتدريب و قياس فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي القائم علي أسس علمية لإكساب الطلاب المعارف والمهارات الخاصة لجودة تشطيب وكي بنطلون الجينز الرجالي وكذلك تقديم خطة لإعداد وتأهيل الطلاب وإكسابهم المعارف والمهارات التي تلبي متطلبات سوق العمل في صناعة الملابس الجاهزة وفقا للخطوات المنهجية السليمة ، مما يؤدي إلي تحسين العملية التعليمية والصناعية وزيادة كفاءتها لمسايرة متطلبات سوق العمل والتكنولوجيا الحديثة لطلاب وخريجي الإقتصاد، وتكونت عينة البحث من (25) علي طلاب الفرقة الرابعة  قسم ملابس ونسيج بكلية التربية النوعية– جامعه طنطا ، وتم تطبيق بطاقة الملاحظة قبلياً علي عينة البحث ، ثم تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي علي عينة البحث ، ثم تطبيق بطاقة الملاحظة بعدياً ، وتم رصد النتائج ومعالجتها إحصائياً وتفسيرها ، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلي العديد من النتائج ومن أهمها : "توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي عند مستوي دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهاري لصالح التطبيق البعدى" وذلك في الأداء المعرفي والمهاري الخاص بالوحدة التدريبية مما يدل علي نجاح البرنامج التدريبي ورفع كفاءة الطلاب ، مما يؤكد علي فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في إكساب الطلاب المعارف والمهارات الخاصة لجودة تشطيب وكي بنطلون الجينز الرجالي وتنفيذه.
" The Effectiveness of A Training program for the quality of Finishing and Ironing Men's Jeans"
Abstract :
The research aims to prepare and implement a proposed training program for the quality of finishing and ironing men’s jeans، determine the time period needed for training، and measure the effectiveness of the training program based on scientific foundations to provide students with knowledge and special skills for the quality of finishing and ironing men’s jeans, as well as providing a plan for preparing and qualifying students and providing them with the knowledge and skills that It meets the requirements of the labor market in the ready-made garment industry according to the correct methodological steps,which leads to improving the educational and industrial process and increasing its efficiency to keep pace with the requirements of the labor market and modern technology for students and graduates of economics. The University of Tanta، and the observation card was applied first to the research sample، then the training program was applied to the research sample,then the observation card was subsequently applied، and the results were monitored,statistically processed and interpreted. At the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of students in the pre and post application of the skill performance observation card In favor of the post-application” in the cognitive and skill performance of the training unit,which indicates the success of the training program and the raising of students’ efficiency,which confirms the effectiveness of the proposed training program in providing students with knowledge and special skills for the quality of finishing and ironing men’s jeans and its implementation.
