"المهارات القيادية للمرأة العاملة وعلاقتها بإدارة الضغوط فى ظل التحديات المعاصرة" Leadership Skills of the Working Women and Their Relationship to Stress Management under the Contemporary Challenges

 
 يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على المهارات القيادية للمرأة العاملة بمحاوره (مهارة اتخاذ القرار- مهارة إدارة الوقت- مهارة الضبط الانفعالى- مهارة الاقناع والتواصل مع الآخرين) وعلاقتها بإدارة الضغوط بمحاوره (الضغوط الاجتماعية- الضغوط الاقتصادية- الضغوط النفسية- الضغوط المهنية)  فى ظل التحديات المعاصرة, وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (300) امرأة عاملة تم اختيارهم بطريقة صدفية غرضية من محافظة الغربية , من المقيمات فى أسر مستقرة مع أزواجهن, ولايقل مدة الزواج عن 5 سنوات ولديها طفل واحد على الأقل, ومن مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة , وقد إتبع البحث المنهج الوصفى التحليلى واشتملت أدوات البحث على (استمارة البيانات العامة للمرأة العاملة, استبيان المهارات القيادية, استبيان إدارة الضغوط, استبيان التحديات المعاصرة), وكان من أهم  النتائج:
- وجدت فروق دالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) بين أفراد عينة البحث فى المهارات القيادية للمرأة العاملة بمحاوره الأربعة تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة (السن-مدة الزواج-المستوى التعليمى للزوجة-المستوى المهنى للزوجة-عدد أفراد الأسرة-الدخل الشهرى للأسرة),وجدت علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين محاور استبيان المهارات القيادية للمرأة العاملة ومحاور استبيان ادارة الضغوط للمرأة العاملة عند مستوى دلالة ( 0,01 , 0,05 ), وجدت علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين محاور استبيان المهارات القيادية للمرأة العاملة ومحاور استبيان التحديات المعاصرة عند مستوى دلالة ( 0,01 , 0,05 ), وجدت علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين محاور استبيان إدارة الضغوط للمرأة العاملة وبين محاور استبيان التحديات المعاصرة عند مستوى دلالة ( 0,01 , 0,05 ), تختلف نسبة مشاركة متغيرات الدراسة المستقلة (المستوى التعليمى للزوجة-المستوى التعليمى للزوج-المستوى المهنى للزوج-المستوى المهنى للزوجة)على المتغير التابع (إدارة الضغوط للمرأة العاملة).
Leadership Skills of the Working Women and Their Relationship to Stress Management under the Contemporary Challenges
ABSTRACT
The research aims to identify the leadership skills of working women in its axes (decision-making skill - time management skill - emotional control skill - the skill of persuasion and communication with others) and its relationship to managing stress in its axes (social stress - economic stress - psychological stress - occupational stress) in light of contemporary challenges The research sample consisted of (300) working women who were chosen in a purposive squamous manner from Gharbia Governorate, who reside in stable families with their husbands, the marriage period is not less than 5 years and they have at least one child, and from different social and economic levels, and the research has followed the approach Analytical descriptive, and the research tools included (general data form for working women, leadership skills questionnaire, stress management questionnaire, contemporary challenges questionnaire. Among the most important results were:
- There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) among the members of the research sample in the leadership skills of working women in its four axes according to the study variables (age - duration of marriage - educational level of the wife - professional level of the wife - number of family members - monthly income of the family). There was a direct correlation between the axes of the leadership skills questionnaire for working women and the axes of the stress management questionnaire for working women at the level of significance (0.01, 0.05).
- A direct correlation was found between the axes of the leadership skills questionnaire for working women and the axes of the stress management questionnaire for working women at the level of significance (0.01, 0.05).
- A direct correlation was found between the axes of the leadership skills questionnaire for working women and the axes of the contemporary challenges questionnaire at the level of significance (0.01, 0.05).
- A direct correlation was found between the axes of the stress management questionnaire for working women and the axes of the contemporary challenges questionnaire at the level of significance (0.01, 0.05).
- The percentage of participation of the independent study variables (wife's educational level - husband's educational level - husband's professional level - wife's professional level) differs on the dependent variable (pressure management for working women).
