فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات إعادة تدوير الملابس للسيدات المعيلات بقرية كفر شبين
 
   هدفت الدراسة إلي إعداد برنامج تدريبي عن إعادة تدوير الملابس للسيدات المعيلات بقرية "كفر شبين" إحدى قرى المبادرة الرئاسية " حياة كريمة"  لتمكينها علي مواجهه الظروف الاقتصادية وتحقيق مبدا الاستدامة من خلال الاستفادة المثلي من الموارد والخامات المتاحة لديهم, محاولة مع التوافق علي ما تنادي به سياسات الدولة في التنمية البشرية للفئات المستهدفة ضمن مبادرة " حياة كريمة" لتنمية مهارات وخبرات المرأة المعيلة  لمواجهه الظروف الاقتصادية.
    اشتملت عينة البحث على مجموعة من السيدات المعيلات وعددهن (30) سيدة , أعضاء هيئة التدريس المتخصصين في مجال الملابس والنسيج والمجال التربوي- كلية الاقتصاد المنزلي -جامعة حلوان وبلغ عددهم (10) لتحكيم البرنامج التدريبي وأدواته, وأستخدم المنهج الوصفي لجمع البيانات الخاصة بإعداد البرامج التدريبية والمحتوى النظري والشبة تجريبي وذلك لتطبيق البرنامج التدريبي واستخدام الأدوات لتحقيق الأهداف لقياس فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي.
     وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في التحصيل المعرفي والمهاري للسيدات المعيلات لإعادة تدوير الملابس القديمة (البنطلون الجينز) في إنتاج ملابس تتميز بالابتكار والتجديد, والاستفادة من البرنامج التدريبي في فتح مجالات للعمل أمام السيدات المعيلات, وأوصت الدراسة إلى الاستفادة من نتائج البحث الحالي زيادة الوعي البيئي والاستفادة من الملابس الغير مستخدمة في إنتاج ملابس جديدة تتميز بالحداثة, دعم وزيادة عدد المراكز التدريبية علي مستوي المحافظات المختلفة وتجهيزها بالأجهزة والأدوات اللازمه لعمليات التدريب.

The effectiveness of a training program to develop clothes recycling skills for Breadwinner Woman in the village of Kafr Shebin
 
    The study aimed to prepare a training program on clothing recycling for Breadwinner Woman in the village of "Kafr Shebin", one of the villages of the presidential initiative " Haya Karima " to enable them to face economic conditions and achieve the principle of sustainability through optimizing the resources and raw materials available to them, an attempt with consensus on what it calls for State policies in human development for the target groups within the " Haya Karima " initiative to develop the skills and expertise of female breadwinners to face economic conditions. The research sample included a group of female breadwinners numbering (30), faculty members specialized in the field of clothing, textile and educational field - Faculty of Home Economics - Helwan University and their number reached (10) to arbitrate the training program and its tools, and used the descriptive approach to collect data for the preparation of training programs Theoretical and semi-experimental content in order to implement the training program and use the tools to achieve the objectives to measure the effectiveness of the training program. The results of the research found the effectiveness of the training program in the knowledge and skill achievement of female heads of household to recycle old clothes (jeans) in the production of clothes characterized by innovation and renewal, and to benefit from the training program in opening areas of work for female breadwinners, and the study recommended to take advantage of the results of the current research to raise awareness Environmental and benefit from unused clothes in the production of new clothes characterized by modernity, support and increase the number of training centers at the level of different governorates and equipping them with the necessary equipment and tools for training operations.
