تأثير اختلاف نمر ودرجة شد الليكرا على بعض خواص الأداء الوظيفي لأقمشة السنجل جيرسي (التي شيرت الرياضى)

ملخص البحث:
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير اختلاف نمر ودرجة وشد الليكرا لأقمشة السنجل جيرسي المخلوطة على بعض الخواص الطبيعية والميكانيكية للأقمشة المنتجة ومدى تأثير ذلك على جودة المنتج النهائى، حيث تم انتاج عينات الأقمشة من خيط مخلوط قطن/بولى استر 50:50% نمرة 30/1 ترقيم انجليزى، وخيط ليكرا 100%، بتركيب بنائى سنجل جيرسي وبطول عروة 3.3 مم، ونمرة ليكرا (20، 30، 40 دينير)، بمستوى شد منخفض بنسبة ليكرا (3.4، 5.2، 6%) على التوالي، وبمستوى شد عالى بنسبة ليكرا (3.16، 3.25، 5.4%) على التوالي، وقد تم إجراء بعض الاختبارات المعملية على الأقمشة المنتجة تحت البحث لتحديد خواصها المختلفة وعلاقتها بمتغيرات الدراسة (وزن المتر المربع، السمك، عدد الصفوف والأعمدة، نفاذية الهواء، قوة الانفجار، الاستطالة الناتجة عن اجهاد الشد، التكور) وتم تحليل النتائج احصائيا، وعمل تقييم للجودة الكلية للخواص المقاسة، لدراسة تأثير اختلاف نمر ودرجة شد الليكرا على أداء بعض الخواص الوظيفية للأقمشة المنتجة تحت الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن العينة المنتجة العينة رقم (1) حققت أعلى كفاءة من حيث خواص الأداء الوظيفي المقاسة، وذلك بمعامل جودة 95.927 % مما يعني أنها الأفضل من حيث التركيب البنائي بنمرة ليكرا 20،  وشد منخفض، بينما العينة رقم (6) حققت أقل كفاءة من حيث خواص الأداء الوظيفي للأقمشة المقاسة بأقل معامل جودة 68.464، وهذا يعني أنها الأسوء بنمرة ليكرا 40، وشد عالي .

Effect of Different Percentage of Lycra and Tensile Strength on some Functional Properties of Single Jersey Fabrics (Sports T-shirt)            This research aims to study the effect of different proportions and tension of Lycra for For single jersey blended fabrics on some of the physical and mechanical properties of the produced fabrics and the extent of this effect on the quality of the final product. The fabric samples were produced from cotton/polyester 50:50% No. 1/30,  100% Lycra thread, with a single jersey construction and a loop length of 3.3, Lycra number (20, 30, 40 denier), with a low tensile level of Lycra (3.4, 5.2, 6%), respectively, With a high tensile strength of Lycra (3.16, 3.25, and 5.4%), respectively, Some laboratory tests have been conducted on the fabrics produced under research to determine their different properties and their relationship to the variables of the study such as( weight per square meter, thickness, number of wales and courses in the unit of measurement, air permeability, bursting resistance, tension/elongation of elastic fabrics, pilling .The results were analyzed statistically and the overall quality assessment was done, to study the effect of the difference in the percentage of Lycra and the level of tension on some of the functional properties of the fabrics produced under research. The study concluded that the sample produced No. 1 is the highest quality factor 95.927%, the sample produced No. 6 is the the sample produced No. 1 is the highest quality factor 95.927%, quality factor 86.464%,
