تأثير بعض الأساليب التنفيذية للأقمشة القطنية المخلوطة على الخواص الأدائية لملابس السيدات.

يهدف البحث إلى تحسين الأداء الوظيفى للأقمشة القطنية المخلوطة من خلال تحديد أفضل نسب خلط لألياف الليکرا ونوع وترکيز مادة التجهيز المستخدمة للوصول إلى أفضل أداء وظيفى للأقمشة المنتجة، حيث تم استخدام قماش بترکيب نسجى (مبرد 2/2) وکانت مواصفات خيط السداء ثابتة لجميع الأقمشة تحت البحث من قطن 100 % نمرة (50/2)، کثافة خيط اللحمة 62 حدفة / بوصة، وذلک بالمتغيرات الآتية: نسبة الليکرا (4 - 5.5 - 7 %)، نوع خيط اللحمة قطن 100 %- مخلوط (قطن / بولى استر 50:50%)، وقد تم إجراء المعالجات الأولية على الأقمشة المنتجة تحت البحث، ثم تجهيز العينات بمادة التجهيز(ثنائي ميثيلول ايثيلين اليوريا) بترکيز 200 جم/لتر، واستخدام مادتين کعامل حفاز: الأولى (کلوريد الماغنسيوم) بترکيز 200 جم/لتر، والثانية (حمض السيتريک) بترکيز 2 جم/لتر، حيث تم إجراء بعض الإختبارات المعملية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن أفضل منتج نسجى ذو خواص أدائية مميزة کانت للقماش المنتج من خامة قطن / بولى استر (50 / 50 %)، ونسبة ليکرا (4%) حيث أن عملية التجهيز أعطت نتائج مرضية من حيث بعض الخواص الأدائية مثل زاوية الانفراج ووزن المتر المربع ولم تؤثر بشکل ملحوظ على بعض الخواص الأدائية الأخرى مثل درجة البياض وقوة التمزق، حيث أن الغرض الأساسى من عملية التجهيز هو زيادة مقاومة التجعد للأقمشة المنتجة تحت البحث وهو ماتم تحقيقه.

Effect of some applied styles of cotton blended fabrics on the performance properties of ladies Clothing

Research Summary:
The objective of the research is to improve the functional performance of cotton and blended fabrics by determining the best standards for mixing Lycra fibers, the type and concentration of the material used to achieve the best performance of the fabrics produced.
A fabric with woven construction (2/2) was used. The wrap thread was stable for all kinds of fabrics under search from 100% cotton yarn (50/2), weft density 62 hd / inch. With the following variables: Lycra ratio (4, 5.5, 7), Type of weft threads (100% cotton - cotton / 50/50 polyester)
The initial treatments were carried out on the fabrics produced under the research. The samples were then processed using 200 g / L, catalyst 1 (magnesium chloride), catalyst 2 (citric acid) at 2 g / L.
Some laboratory tests were carried out which determined the best specifications for the produced fabrics according to the superior functional performance properties of the textile produced in the study. It is made of fabric, produced from cotton / polyester (50/50%) and 4% Lycra. The process showed satisfying results for some functional performance properties e.g. the angle of release (°) and the weight of the square meter (gm) while did not significantly affect some functional performance properties e.g. the whiteness (%) and the tearing strength (kg).
