القدرة على اتخاذ قرار التخصص الجامعي وعلاقته بمستوى طموح الأبناء

يواجه الأبناء في هذه الفترة العديد من المشکلات نتيجة افتقار الخبرة وعدم النضج الکافي مع غياب الدور الايجابي للأسرة من حيث توفير الحوار الديمقراطي وعدم اتاحة فرص المساهمة في صنع القرار.وأن کثير من الآباء يتخذون من أبنائهم وسيلة لتحقيق أحلامهم فيجبر الأبناء على تخصص ما وذلک ينعکس سلبا عليهم .و نتيجة نقص المعلومات وعدم المعرفة بما يناسبهم فيضطرون للرضوخ لرغبات الوالدين .وتکون نقطة الخلاف بين الطالب و ذويه أن الطالب يعتبر نفسه أقدر على معرفة ميوله ومهاراته وهو الأولى في تحديد مستقبله والوالدين من وجهة نظر أخرى يجدون في أنفسهم الخبرة والنضج الکافي لاتخاذ القرار. ولا يمکن تحقيق نجاح معين إلا اذا کان الابن مؤمن بتخصصه الذي يوافق قدراته وميوله وعالم بأنه قادر على مواصلة تعليمه في هذا التخصص و أهمية الموازنة بين الرغبات والطموحات وبين اکتشاف الميول والإمکانيات والقدرات، ويتطلب ذلک ان يکون قادرا على ان يضع لنفسه طموحات وأهداف واقعية دون المبالغة في الطموحات أو التقليل من القدرات وذلک أکيد بمساعدة الأهل و دورهم في خلق مناخ أسري غير محبط يؤثر بالإيجاب في مستويات الطموح التي يضعها الأبناء لأنفسهم ،کما يؤثر ذلک في المنجزات الفعلية لهم و ان عدم مقدرة الابناء على تحمل المسئولية واتخاذ القرار المناسب له الأثر السيئ ليس على الفرد فقط بل على المجتمع ککل ويهدف البحث الى التعرف على العلاقة بين القدرة على اتخاذ قرار التخصص الجامعي ومستوى الطموح لدى الأبناء يتبع هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وکانت عينة البحث عينة غرضيه قصديه قوامها 370 طالب وطالبة في المرحلة الجامعية من مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة من محافظة الغربية وما جاورها خلال الفترة الزمنية من سبتمبر الى نوفمبر 2016. واستخدمت الباحثة الأدوات التالية :
-          استمارة البيانات العامة .(اعداد الباحثة )
-          استبيان القدرة على اتخاذ قرار التخصص الجامعي . (اعداد الباحثة )
-          استبيان مستوى الطموح لدى الأبناء . (اعداد الباحثة )
وتوصلت الدراسة الى :
1-    توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في استبيان القدرة على اتخاذ قرار التخصص الجامعي بمحاوره (تحديد الأهداف-وضع البدائل –تقييم البدائل –الاختيار وتحمل المسئولية ) تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس – محل الاقامة - طبيعة الدراسة – تعليم الوالدين – عمل الأم - عدد الأفراد – الدخل  ) 
2-   توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في استبيان مستوى الطموح لدى الأبناء بمحاوره (الأسري والاجتماعي – الاکاديمي  والمهني ) تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس – محل الاقامة - طبيعة الدراسة – تعليم الوالدين – عمل الأم - عدد الأفراد – الدخل  ) 
3-   توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين استبيان القدرة على اتخاذ قرار التخصص الجامعي واستبيان مستوى الطموح لدى الأبناء .
4-   تختلف نسبة مشارکة العوامل المؤثرة على اتخاذ قرار التخصص الجامعي.
5-   تختلف نسبة مشارکة العوامل المؤثرة على مستوى طموح الأبناء .
 تختلف الأوزان النسبية لأکثر محاور الطموح من قبل أفراد عينة البحث.
التوصيات :
1-   اقامة الدورات والندوات من قبل الکليات خاصة بالطلاب وذويهم لتوضيح المسارات الجامعية والأقسام المتاحة .
2-   تخصيص يوم للطلبة وأولياء الأمور من قبل القائمين بإجراءات التوجيه الجامعي کل عام لإعطائهم فکرة عن التخصصات الجامعية التي من خلالها تلبى فيها طموحاتهم .
3-   قيام الجامعة بعمل زيارات ميدانية للمدارس والعکس لتثقيف الطلبة في کيفية اختيار التخصص ، اضافة الى استضافتهم في الجامعة لهذا الغرض.
4-   عمل برامج ارشادية للأبناء للتوعية بمراحل صنع القرار وکيفية اتخاذ القرار السليم في مجال التخصص الجامعي .
5-   توعية الاسرة من خلال وسائل الاعلام  والبرامج التثقيفية بدورها في التوجيه والإرشاد لاستغلال قدرات وميول أبنائها دون اجبار أو تقليد ومحاکاة للوصول الى مستويات الطموح العليا.
6-   توضيح أهم العوامل التي تؤثر بشکل واضح في مستوى الطموح لدى الأبناء
7-   الاستفادة من نتائج البحث الحالي في برامج تثقيف و توعية الأسر للمساعدة في رعاية مطالب ابنائها وإشباعها لرفع مستوى طموحهم .


The ability to make the decision of university specialization and its relation to the level of sons ambition

Abstract                                                                                                                         
Sons  face many problems in this period due to lack of experience and lack of maturity, with the absence of the positive role of the family in terms of providing democratic dialogue and the lack of opportunities to contribute to decision-making. Many parents take their sons as a means to achieve their dreams. The point of disagreement between the student and his / her parents is that the student considers himself more capable of knowing his tendencies and skills and is the first to determine his future and the parents from another point of view find themselves in the experience and maturity In decision-making. It is not possible to achieve a certain success unless the son is a believer in his specialization, which corresponds to his abilities and tendencies and the world that he can continue his education in this specialty and the importance of balancing between desires and ambitions and the discovery of tendencies and potentials and capabilities, and requires that he be able to put himself ambitions and realistic goals without exaggeration In the aspirations or the reduction of abilities, and certainly with the help of parents and their role in creating an atmosphere of family is not frustrating positively affects the levels of ambition placed by the Sons themselves, and affects the actual achievements of them and the inability of Sons to take responsibility and make the appropriate decision has an impact This research is based on a descriptive descriptive method. The sample of the research was a sample of objective objectives of 370 students at different levels of social and economic levels. From the governorate of Gharbia and the surrounding area during the period from September to November 2016. The researcher used the following tools:
 General data form (prepared by the researcher)
Questionnaire for the ability to make a decision for university specialization. (Prepared by the researcher)
The level of ambition of sons. (Prepared by the researcher)


The study concluded:
1- There are statistically significant differences in the questionnaire of the ability to make the decision of the university specialization in its fields (goal setting - development of alternatives - evaluation of alternatives - choice and responsibility) according to the variables of the study (sex - place of residence - nature of the study  - Income)
2-There are statistically significant differences in the questionnaire of the level of ambition of sons terms of their (family, social, academic and vocational) according to the variables of study (sex - place of residence - nature of the study - parent education -
3-There is a correlation between the questionnaire of the ability to take the decision of university specialization and the questionnaire of the level of ambition in sons.
4-The percentage of participation of the factors influencing the decision of the university specialization is different.
The percentage of participation of factors affecting the level of sons
 5-ambition varies.
 The relative weights of the most ambitious axes vary by individuals of the research sample.
Recommendations:
1-The establishment of courses and seminars by colleges for students and their families to clarify the university tracks and sections available.
2- Assigning a day to students and parents by the procedures of the guidance of the university each year to give them an idea of the university disciplines through which to meet their ambitions.
3-The university to conduct field visits to schools and vice versa to educate students on how to choose the specialization, in addition to hosting them at the university for this purpose.
4-the implementation of guidance programs for Sons to raise awareness of the stages of decision-making and how to make the right decision in the field of university specialization.
5-Educating the family through the media and educational programs in turn in guidance and guidance to exploit the abilities and tendencies of their Sons without forcing or mimicking and simulation to reach the levels of high ambition.
6-Clarification of the most important factors that clearly affect the level of ambition of Sons
7-Make use of the results of the current research in education and awareness   programs of families to help care for the demands of their Sons and satisfy them to raise the level of ambition
