الأداء الوظيفي الأسري وعلاقته بإدارة مورد الممتلکات والمشارکة في العمل التطوعي لدى الشباب
          استهدفت هذه الدراسة دراسة الأداء الوظيفي الأسري وعلاقته بکل منبإدارة مورد الممتلکات والمشارکة في العمل التطوعي لدى الشباب ، وذلک من خلال الکشف عن العلاقة بين الأداء الوظيفي الأسري بمحاوره (الأسلوب المتسلط-الأسلوب الديمقراطي – أسلوب الإهمال) وإدارة مورد الممتلکات لدى الشباب بأبعاده (الممتلکات العامة- الممتلکات الخاصة) والمشارکة في العمل التطوعي ، کما هدفت إلى دراسة الفروق بين الشباب عينة البحث في الأداء الوظيفي الأسري  وإدارة مورد الممتلکات والمشارکة في العمل التطوعي وفقاً لمکان السکن (ريف – حضر)، ووفقاً للجنس (ذکر – أنثى)، وتبعاً لفئات الدخل الشهري، وتبعاً للمستوى التعليمي للوالدين .
          وقد تم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة على 276 من الشباب من بينها 110 ذکور، 166 إناث وقد تراوحت أعمارهم بين 23- 27 عاماً،  ويسکن 176 فرداً من أفراد العينة في الريف، و100 فرداً في الحضر، وقد کان أفراد العينة من  مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية متباينة وقد تم اختيارهم بطريقة صدفية غرضية، وقد اشتملت أدوات الدراسة على استمارة البيانات العامة واستبيان الأداء الوظيفي الأسري واستبيان إدارة مورد الممتلکات واستبيان المشارکة في العمل التطوعي للشباب.
          وکان من أهم نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطيه دالة احصائياً بين مجموع محاور استبيان الأداء الوظيفي الأسري وکل من إدارة مورد الممتلکات العامة ، الممتلکات الخاصة، مجموع ابعاد  استبيان مورد الممتلکات، والمشارکة في العمل التطوعي، کما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين شباب الريف والحضر  في إجمالي الأداء الوظيفي الأسري ،إجمالي ادارة مورد الممتلکات، اجمالي المشارکة في العمل التطوعي .
          وقد قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات والتي کان أهمها إنشاء مؤسسات أو مراکز إرشادية للأسرة تکون مهمتها مساعدة الأسرة على القيام بوظائفها تجاه أعضائها، وإطلاع الآباء والأمهات على المستجدات الحديثة في أساليب التنشئة الاجتماعية، وتوجيههم إلى التنشئة الأسرية السليمة للأبناء والتي تشجع الأبناء علي المشارکة في الأعمال التطوعية والإدارة السليمة لمورد الممتلکات، والاهتمام بعقد الندوات والمحاضرات والتي تسهم في توعية الآباء حول الأساليب التي يجب اتباعها في تنشئة الأبناء تنشئة سوية وتفعيل دور الشباب في المشارکة الشبابية في مختلف النشاطات المجتمعية في إطار الأسرة والمجتمع ، وأيضاً العمل على رفع مستوى وعى الشباب بإدارة الموارد لديهم من خلال عقد الدورات التدريبية .
 
 
Family job performance and its relationship to property resource management and participation in youth volunteer work
This study aimed to study the family job performance and its relationship with each of the property resource management and participation in volunteer work among young people, by revealing the relationship between family job performance with its themes (authoritarian method - democratic method - neglect method) and managing the property resource of young people with its dimensions (public property - Private property) and participation in volunteer work. It also aimed to study the differences between young people, the sample of research in family job performance, management of the property supplier, and participation in volunteer work according to the place of residence (rural - urban), according to gender (male - female), and according to the categories of monthly income. According to the educational level of the parents.
The study tools were applied to 276 young men, including 110 males, 166 females, whose ages ranged between 23-27 years, 176 members of the sample live in the countryside, and 100 individuals in urban areas. The sample members were from different social and economic levels. Choosing them in a purposeful, coincidental manner. The study tools included the general data form, the household job performance questionnaire, the property resource management questionnaire, and the participation in youth volunteer work survey.
Among the most important results of the study was the absence of a statistically significant correlation between the total axes of the household job performance questionnaire and each of the public property resource management, private property, the total dimensions of the property resource questionnaire, and participation in volunteer work, as there were no statistically significant differences between rural and urban youth In total family job performance, total property resource management, total participation in volunteer work.
The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which was the establishment of institutions or counseling centers for the family whose mission is to help the family to carry out its duties towards its members, inform parents about modern developments in methods of social upbringing, and direct them to the sound family formation of children, which encourages children to participate in volunteer work The proper management of the property resource, attention to holding seminars and lectures that contribute to educating parents about the methods that must be followed in raising children together and activating the role of youth in youth participation in various societal activities within the framework of the family and society, and also work to raise the level of awareness of young people by managing their resources from During training sessions
