استهدف البحث الحالى قياس أثر تصميم نظام خبير تعليمى بهدف تنمية مهارات التعامل مع البرمجيات مفتوحة المصدر للمکتبات ونظم المعلومات لدى طلاب قسم ادارة الأعمال بالمعاهد العليا، واستخدم الباحث اداوات تمثلت فى اختبار تحصيلي لتقييم الجانب المعرفي الخاص بمهارات التعامل مع البرمجيات مفتوحة المصدر للمکتبات ونظم المعلومات، وبطاقة ملاحظة لأداء الطلاب للجانب المهارى الخاص بمهارات التعامل مع البرمجيات مفتوحة المصدر للمکتبات ونظم المعلومات للطلاب عينة الدراسة، وتقدير صدقها، وحساب ثباتها، واختبار الاسلوب المعرفى وتقدير صدقة وحساب ثباتة.
وتوصل البحث الى فاعلية النظام الخبير المقترح الخاص بالبحث وهذا يرجع للمميزات والفوائد التي تتمثل في ان النظام الخبير لا يمکن أن يخطئ حسابيا، وهو دائما ملم بکل ما يطلب منه، کما انه يمکن ان يستخدم في محاکاة الخبراء في اتخاذ القرارات وحل المشکلات.
 
 
The effect of designing an educational expert system to develop the skills of dealing with open source software for libraries and information systems among students of the Business Administration Department in the higher institutes
The current research aimed to measure the impact of designing an educational expert system with the aim of developing the skills of dealing with open source software for libraries and information systems among students of the Business Administration Department in higher institutes, and the researcher used tools represented in an achievement test to assess the knowledge side of the skills of dealing with open source software for libraries and information systems, and a card A note of students' performance on the skill aspect of dealing with open source software for libraries and information systems for students, study sample, estimating their sincerity, reliability calculation, cognitive style testing, charity estimation and stability calculation.
The research reached the effectiveness of the proposed expert system for the research and this is due to the advantages and benefits that are represented in the expert system cannot be computationally mistaken, and it is always familiar with everything required of it, as it can be used to simulate experts in making decisions and solving problems.
