تکنولوجيا تصميم وتطريز الشرائط الزخرفية لملابس النساء

ملخص البحث
يهدف البحث إلى : دراسة الأساليب التکنولوجية المتبعة تصميم وتطريز شرائط ملابس النساء، وضع تصميمات مبتکرة لشرائط ملابس النساء باستخدام برامج التصميم والتطريز المتخصص، وتحليل آراء المتخصصين في تصميمات شرائط ملابس النساء .
    ويتبع البحث کلا من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التجريبي لمناسبتهما لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة.
   اشتملت عينة البحث على المتخصصيــن وعددهم (20) وهم من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بکلية التصاميم والإقتصاد المنزلي - جامعة القصيم قسم تصميم الأزياء للحکم على مظهرية عينات الشرائط المطرزة .
    ويحتوي البحث على خطة البحث، والإطار النظري ويشمل على التطور التکنولوجي لماکينات التطريز الآلي، والإطار التطبيقي ويشمل على معالجة التصميم باستخدام برنامج التصميم والتطريز تاجيما لتحويل الرسومات إلى غرز تطريز .
    ونتائج البحث  يشمل الإجابة على تساؤلات البحث .حيث تم تنفيذ التصميمات التي حصلت على أعلى نسبة قبول وتصنيفها کالآتي المتغيرات ( الأقمشة – التقوية – الغرز  بثلاث کثافات منخفضة, ومتوسطة , ومرتفعة ) الثوابت :( خيط بوليستر 100%) والنتيجة/ خامة القطن المخلوط حصل على أفضل  نتيجة /( الحشو، منخفضة، قابلة للذوبان في الماء) يليه (الساتان، منخفضة، الفازلين)( الساتان، منخفضة، قابلة للذوبان في الماء). خامة النايلون حصل على أفضل  نتيجة /(الحشو، منخفضة، قابلة للذوبان في الماء) (الرش، منخفضة، ورق مقوى)( الرش، منخفضة، قابلة للذوبان في الماء) بدون خامة حصل على أفضل  نتيجة/ (الحشو، منخفضة، قابلة للذوبان في الماء)( الساتان، منخفضة، فازلين)(الساتان، منخفضة، قابلة للذوبان في الماء)
   التوصيات : تفعيل المعامل المخصصة بالحاسب الآلي بکلية التصاميم والإقتصاد المنزلي على إدخال أنظمة الرسم والتصميم للتطريز الآلي لتستعملها الطالبات في عمل المشاريع.ووضع برامج تدريبية لتعليم طالبات الدراسات العليا البرامج المتخصصة في التصميم للتطريز الآلي .

ABSTRACT
The research aims to: Studying the techniques used for designing and embroidering women's clothing ribbons, developing creative designs for women's clothing ribbons using specialized design and embroidery programs, and analyzing the opinions of specialists in women's clothing design.
    The research follows both the descriptive analytical approach and the experimental approach to achieve the objectives of the study.
   The research sample consisted of 20 specialists who are members of the Faculty of Design and Home Economics, Qassim University, Department of Fashion Design to judge the appearance of embroidered ribbon samples.
    The research includes the research plan, the theoretical framework and includes the technological development of embroidery machines, the applied framework and includes the design process using the Tajima design and embroidery program to convert the drawings into embroidery stitches.
    And the results of the research and includes the answer to the questions of the research. The designs that have received the highest acceptance and classification were implemented as follows variables (fabrics - reinforcement - stitches with three densities low, medium and high) Constants: (100% polyester thread) The best result / (filler, low, soluble in water) is followed by (satin, low, petroleum jelly) (satin, low, water soluble). Nylon material obtained the best result (filler, low, soluble in water) (spray, low, cardboard) (spray, low, soluble in water) without raw material obtained the best result (/ filler, low, soluble Water) (satin, low, Vaseline) (satin, low, water soluble)
    Recommendations: Activating the computer labs in the Faculty of Designs and Home Economics to introduce the drawing and design systems for the automatic embroidery for use by the students in the work of the projects and the development of training programs for the teaching of graduate students programs specialized in the design of embroidery.
