برنامج تدريسي مقترح لفن البانش نيدل للربط بين مجال النسيج اليدوي وسوق العمل A Proposed Educational Program in Punch Needle Art to Bridge the Gap Between Hand Weaving and the Labor Market

    تسعى برامج التعليم بالجامعة إلى فتح مجالات لتنمية قدرات الخريجين، فى ضوء المستحدثات التربوية والعملية التى تعمل على ربط أهداف الجامعة بالمجتمع، والعمل على تطوير قدرات الخريجين وتنميتها فنيًا وعمليًا لتأهيلهم للعمل فى السوق المحلى، وفتح فرص عمل جديدة بجانب التعليم يستطيع من خلالها رفع مستواه الإقتصادى، وتوفير منتجات نسجية من خلال فن وأسلوب البانش نيدل، تتلائم مع الأغراض الوظيفية التى يمكن تسويقها وترقى لتحقق الميزة التنافسية، ومن هنا جاءت فكرة البحث فى بناء البرنامج التدريبى لطلاب الفنون بكلية التربية النوعية جامعة طنطا، الذى يمكن من خلاله تعظيم فرص العمل الحر وتلبية متطلبات سوق العمل.
University education programs aim to open opportunities for developing graduates’ abilities in light of educational and scientific advancements that connect the university’s objectives with society. These programs work on enhancing graduates’ skills both technically and practically to qualify them for the local job market while also creating new job opportunities alongside education. Through these opportunities, graduates can improve their economic status and produce textile products using the Punch needle technique, which aligns with functional purposes that can be marketed and elevated to achieve a competitive advantage.
   From this perspective, the idea of this research emerged to develop a training program for art students at the Faculty of Specific Education, Tanta University, which can enhance self-employment opportunities and meet labor market demans.
