هدف البحث دراسة فعاليَّة برنامج تدريبي قائم على ألعاب الارتجال في تنمية مهارات الأداء التعبيري لفن الإلقاء لدى طلاب الإعلام التربوي. تضمن البرنامج ألعابًا تمثيليَّة وحركيَّة، وتمارين لتنظيم الإيقاع الجسدي والصوتي، وتمثيل مواقف حياتيَّة وشخصيَّات نمطيَّة؛ ممَّا ساعد على تحسين التعبير الصوتي والإيمائي، وتعزيز ثقة الطلاب بأنفسهم.
اعتمد البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي، باستخدام القياس القبلي والبعدي عبر بطاقة ملاحظات صممتها الباحثة. أظهرت النتائج الإحصائيَّة فروقًا دالة لصالح القياس البعدي؛ ممَّا يُشير إلى فعاليَّة البرنامج في تحسين مهارات الأداء التعبيري. كما لُوحظ تحسُّن في تفاعل الطلاب مع النصوص ومع بعضهم البعض؛ ممَّا ساهم في تطوير مهارات الإلقاء والتواصل لديهم.
 
This study aims to examine the effectiveness of a training program based on improvisational games in developing expressive performance skills for speech delivery among educational media students. The program was designed using innovative training methods that included representational, physical, and breathing exercises, as well as role-playing real-life situations, stereotypical characters, and dramatic scenes from selected poetry. The primary goal was to enhance students’ self-confidence and improve their ability to express themselves vocally and through body language.
The results showed that the program contributed significantly to improving students' expressive performance skills, particularly in their ability to interact with texts more effectively. It was also observed that students became more open and cooperative, enhancing their overall communication skills. The study employed a pre- and post-assessment method using a customized observation checklist, which made the program an effective tool for developing speech delivery and communication skills in the media field.
