أثر التعليم الهجين في تعلم بعض مهارات الصناعات الجلدية The Lmpact of Hybrid Learning on Acquiring Certain Leathercraft Skills

هدف البحث الحالي الي التعرف على أثر التعليم الهجين باستخدام المنصات التعليمية على تنمية التحصيل والمهارة في تعلم بعض مهارات الصناعات الجلدية لطلاب الاقتصاد المنزلي بكلية التربية النوعية جامعة عين شمس، اتبعت الباحثتان المنهج شبة التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة حيث تم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة قبلياً وبعدياً على عينة الدراسة لقياس أثر التعليم الهجين باستخدام المنصات التعليمية على تنمية الجانب التحصيلي والجانب المهاري لتعلم بعض مهارات الصناعات الجلدية، وتكونت عينة البحث من مجموعة عددهم (25) طالب وطالبة من طلاب الفرقة الأولي بقسم الاقتصاد المنزلي كلية التربية النوعية جامعة عين شمس، وتكونت أدوات البحث من اختبار تحصيلي(قبلي/ بعدي) لقياس مستوي تحصيل الطلاب للمفاهيم المتضمنة في تعلم بعض مهارات الصناعات الجلدية بنظام التعليم الهجين، اختبار مهاري (قبلي/بعدي) لقياس أداء الطلاب لتعلم بعض مهارات الصناعات الجلدية، مقياس تقدير لتقييم أداء الطلاب لبعض مهارات الصناعات الجلدية، إستبانة لقياس آراء الطلاب نحو تعلم بعض مهارات الصناعات الجلدية بطريقة التعليم الهجين، وتوصلت النتائج الي وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات الطلاب في التطبيق القبلي للاختبار التحصيلي والإختبار المهاري قبل تدريس بعض مهارات الصناعات الجلدية بأسلوب التعليم الهجين باستخدام المنصات التعليمية وبعد تدريسه بالتعليم الهجين ومتوسطات رتب درجاتهم في التطبيق البعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما اكدت النتائج أن آراء الطلاب إيجابية نحو تعلم بعض مهارات الصناعات الجلدية بإستخدام التعليم الهجين، واوصي البحث الحالي باستخدام التعليم الهجين عند تدريس مقررات دراسية متنوعة في برامج التعليم الجامعي مع تيسير استخدامه وتدريب المعلمين والمتعلمين على ذلك، وتطبيق استراتيجية تدريس جديدة تأخذ في الاعتبار قدرات الطلاب وإمكانياتهم ومهاراتهم، مما يساهم في تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية المختلفة.
The aim of the current research is to explore the impact of hybrid learning using educational platforms on developing academic achievement and practical skills in learning selected leatherwork techniques for Home Economics students at Faculty of Specific Education, Ain Shams University. The researchers adopted a quasi-experimental one-group design, in which the study tools were applied both before and after the intervention to measure the effect of hybrid learning through educational platforms on enhancing both the academic and skill aspects of learning leatherwork techniques. The research sample consisted of 25 first-year students from Home Economics Department at Faculty of Specific Education, Ain Shams University. The research tools included:

A pre/post achievement test to measure students’ understanding of the concepts involved in learning selected leatherwork techniques within a hybrid learning system.
A pre/post practical skills test to evaluate students’ performance in learning selected leatherwork techniques.
A performance evaluation rubric to assess students’ practical execution of leatherwork techniques.
A questionnaire to gauge students’ opinions toward learning leatherwork techniques through hybrid education.

The results revealed statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of students’ scores in the pre- and post-applications of both the achievement and practical tests, in favor of the post-application after teaching leatherwork techniques using hybrid learning through educational platforms. The findings also confirmed that students expressed positive reviews  regarding learning leatherwork techniques via hybrid education. The study recommends adopting hybrid learning in the teaching of various courses across university programs, facilitating its implementation, and training both teachers and learners on its use. It also recommends applying new teaching strategies that consider students’ abilities, potential, and skill levels  which contributes to achieving diverse educational goals.
