تصميم برنامج تدريبي قائم علي الذكاء الاصطناعي لتنمية وعي ذوي الهمم برموز البطاقة الارشادية للعناية بالملابس Designing a Training Program Based on Artificial Intelligence to Raise Awareness Among People With Special Needs About Clothing Care Guide Card Symbols

يهدف هذا البحث الي تنمية وعي ذوي الهمم ( فئة الصم والبكم ) برموز البطاقة الارشادية للعناية  بالملابس من خلال إعداد برنامج تدريبي قائم علي الذكاء الاصطناعي ، فلقد حاز تعليم الاشخاص من ذوى الهمم في السنوات الأخيرة إهتماماً كبيراً من كافة المجتمعات الاجنبية والعربية , فهم جزء لا يتجزأ من المجتمع وتُعد حقوقهم ومشاركتهم في الحياة العامة جزءاً أساسياً لتحقيق المساواة والعدالة الإجتماعية ، وحيث أن الذكاء الاصطناعي من أسرع المجالات المتطورة في العلوم الحاسوبية والذى يُعد من أحدث الاساليب التكنولوجية المستقبلية المستخدمة في التعلم والتي يمكن الاعتماد عليها بشكل أساسي في المعاملات الحياتية ، فهو بذلك يُعد أداة فعّالة لدعم ذوي الهمم في تحقيق تجربة تعليمية ميسّرة ومرنة، حيث يُمكّنهم من الوصول إلى المعلومات والمهارات بطرق تتناسب مع قدراتهم الخاصة ، ونظراً لأهمية البطاقة الإرشادية للعناية بالملابس التي تعتبر من أهم المعلومات الإرشادية التي تساعد المستهلك في كيفية اتخاذ القررات الشرائية السليمة للملابس وإتباع أساليب العناية الصحيحة بها،  وهي تتحدد برموز عالمية متفق عليها دولياً ، بالنسبة لذوى الهمم قد تُشكل هذه الرموز تحديًا لفهمها في غياب التوضيح الملائم .
.. هنا يأتي دور الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي يقدم برامج تعليمية تفاعلية تُصمم خصيصًا لتبسيط هذه المعلومات وتتيح الوصول اليها في أي وقت و أي مكان .
..لذا قامت الباحثة بإعداد برنامج تدريبي قائم علي الذكاء الاصطناعي يحتوى علي فيديوهات توضيحية بلغة الاشارة لتتناسب مع طبيعة المتدربين من ذوى الهمم ( فئة الصم والبكم )  لتنمية قدراتهم المعرفية حول البطاقة الإرشادية للعناية بالملابس وأهميتها ومدلول رموز العناية بها . وقد تم التطبيق علي عينة من ذوى الهمم ( فئة الصم والبكم )  وعددهم (25 ) متدرب و تم تحكيم البرنامج التدريبي من خلال كلاً من ( 10 أساتذة محكمين متخصصين في الملابس والنسيج –  و 5 أساتذة مترجمي للغة الاشارة )
.. وتوصلت الدراسة الي:-
فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي القائم علي الذكاء الاصطناعي في تنمية وعي ذوي الهمم بالبطاقة الارشادية للعناية بالملابس وأهميتها ومدلول رموز العناية بها .
.. وقدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات أهمها : الاستفادة من تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في إعداد  برامج تدريبية مختلفة المجالات لذوي الهمم تتناسب مع قدراتهم الخاصة.
The aim of this research is to raise the awareness of people with special needs (deaf-mute category) with regard to the dress care guidance card codes through the preparation of an artificial intelligence training program . In recent years, the education of people with special needs (deaf-mute category) has gained great interest from all foreign and Arab communities, They are an integral part of society, their rights and participation in public life is an essential part for achieving equality and social justice.
As artificial intelligence is one of the fastest growing fields in science computability -the latest of future technologies for learning that can be relied upon primarily in life transactions- is a powerful tool for supporting people with special needs in achieving an instructive and visual learning experience, where they can access information and skills in ways that are appropriate to their own abilities.
In the view of the importance of the guidance card for the care of clothing which is one of the most important guidance information to help consumers to make good purchasing decisions about clothing and follow the correct methods of caring about it, and it is defined by internationally agreed international symbols , For people with special needs, these symbols may pose a challenge to understand in the absence of an appropriate explanation.
.. This is where artificial intelligence role comes in with interactive learning programs designed specifically to simplify these information and allows you to access them anytime and anywhere.
So the researcher developed an artificial intelligence training program that includes sign language videos to cope with the nature of people with special needs (deaf-mute category) trainees to develop their cognitive abilities about the dress core guidance card, its importance and the significance of the dress care codes. The training program was conducted on a sample of people with special needs (deaf-mute category), consisting of 25 trainees. The training program was evaluated by a panel of experts, including(  10 specialized professors in clothing and textiles and 5 professors who are sign language interpreters).
 
The study comes to:  the effectiveness of the artificial intelligence training in raising the awareness of disabled people with the guide card clothing care, its importance and the significance of the care codes.
..The research provided a number of recommendations and the suggestions, the most important of which were: Making use of application of artificial intelligence in the development of different training programs for people with special needs , tailored to their particular abilities.
