تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرُّف إلى جدلية العلاقة بين الرجل والمرأة في نص "الحادثة" للكاتب لينين الرملي، في ضوء ظاهرة التنمر التي تقوم على العلاقة التفاعُليَّة بين المُتنمِّر والمُتنمَّر عليه، فيصل الأمر في كثيرٍ من الأحيان إلى تبادل الأدوار فيصبح المتنمر هو المتنمر علية والمتنمر عليه هو المتنمر. ويعرض لنا نصُّ مسرحية "الحادثة" مجموعةً من الأفكار والعلاقات خاصة العلاقة التي تربط الرجل بالمرأة، والتي تُعدُّ انعكاسًا للخلفيات الثقافية في المجتمعات الشرقية والغربية، حيث يصل الأمر بأن يرضخ المقهور إلى سطوة القاهر والتمسك به والبقاء تحت سيطرته، من خلال تعرُّضه لأنَّواع التنمر المتعددة ما بين التنمر الجسدي واللفظي والنفسي والاجتماعي. وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج البنيوي التكويني أو التوليدي في ضوء نص الحادثة للكاتب لينين الرملي، وتعتمد هذه الدراسة على أداة تحليل المضمون كأداةٍ رئيسةٍ لها.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمُّها:
- العلاقة التبادلية بين المُتنمِّر والمُتنمَّر عليه فيصبح المتنمِّر هو المتنمَّر عليه والمتنمَّر عليه هو المتنمِّر.
- تضمَّن نص الحادثة العديد من أنواع التنمر.
- لم يستطع الكاتب لينين الرملي تقديم حلول عملية واضحة للتصدِّي لظاهرة التنمر في نص الحادثة

هناك علاقة وترابط بين العنوان وظاهرة التنمر
This study aims to explore the dialectical relationship between men and women in the text "The Incident" by the author Lenin El-Ramly in light of the phenomenon of bullying, which is based on the interactive relationship between the bully and the bullied. This often leads to role reversal, where the bully becomes the bullied and vice versa. The play "The Incident" presents us with a range of ideas and relationships, especially the relationship between men and women, which reflect cultural backgrounds in Eastern and Western societies. It reaches a point where the oppressed person submits to the dominance of the oppressor, clings to it, and remains under their control through various forms of bullying, including physical, verbal, psychological, and social. This study relied on the structuralist approach in light of the text of "The Incident" by Lenin El-Ramly and used content analysis as a primary tool.
The study reached several key findings, including:
-The reciprocal relationship between the bully and the bullied, where the bully becomes the bullied and vice versa.
There are many types of bullying in the text of the incident-
-The writer, Lenin Al-Ramli, could not provide clear practical solutions to address the phenomenon of bullying in the text of the incident.
-There is a relationship and correlation between the title and the phenomenon of bullying.
