    مشكلة البحث وهدفه وأدواته:
تعتبر الأسرة من أهم الأنساق الموجودة في المجتمع والتي يقع على عاتقها العديد من الوظائف التي تؤديها لأفرادها ومن أهم هذه الوظائف وظيفة التنشئة الأسرية للأبناء والتي تُعتبر حجر الأساس لتوجيه وضبط سلوكهم وفق القيم الإيجابية في المجتمع والتي تساهم في تأهيلهم للتعامل والاتصال مع الأخرين بشكل آمن وصحيح، هذا وقد ساهمت التطورات التقنية الحديثة في مجال الاتصال عن طري شبكات الإنترنت إلى ظهور العديد من وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتي أصبحت تحتل أهمية ومكانة كبيرة في الحياة اليومية لمختلف الفئات العمرية في المجتمع ونتيجة لذلك أصبح الأفراد يعيشون فيما يسمى بالعالم الرقمي وفي خضم هذه التطورات الرقمية تحتاج الأسرة إلى تنشئة أبنائها بالأساليب التي تدعم وتعزز من قيم المواطنة الرقمية لديهم.
ويهدف هذا البحث إلى إيجاد العلاقة بين التنشئة الأسرية وتعزيز قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى الأبناء، هذا وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت أداة البحث في استبيان إلكتروني وبلغت العينة (200) من الأباء والأمهات من مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية متنوعة والعاملين بقطاعات مختلفة.
أهم النتائج:

وجود علاقة ارتباط طردي بين التنشئة الأسرية وتعزيز قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى الأبناء قيمتها 0,814** عند مستوى دلالة 0,01
وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في كلاً من التنشئة الأسرية وتعزيز قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى الأبناء تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة.
كان متغير المستوى التعليمي من أكثر العوامل المؤثرة على كلاً من التنشئة الأسرية وتعزيز قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى الأبناء.
احتلت قيم المعرفة الرقمية المرتبة الأولى بالنسبة لأولوية محاور تعزيز قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى الأبناء تليها قيم الاحترام الرقمي وجاءات قيم الحماية الرقمية في المرتبة الأخيرة.

أهم التوصيات:

توجيه الوالدين بأهمية الاطلاع الدائم على التطورات التكنولوجية المرتبطة بالعالم الرقمي وقضايا الأمان الرقمي حتى يتمكنو من تعزيز قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى الأبناء.
استخدام أساليب التنشئة الأسرية المعتمدة على التواصل الجيد والحوار المفتوح للتعزيز الفعال لقيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى الأبناء.
تعزيز الوعي والمعرفة بالمفاهيم الأساسية لاكتساب مهارات المواطنة الرقمية لدى الأبناء مثل الخصوصية والأمان والاحترام الرقمي.

 
 
Research problem, aim and tools:
The family is considered one of the most important structures in society, which is responsible for many functions that it performs for its members. The most important of these functions is the function of family upbringing for children, which is considered the cornerstone for directing and controlling their behavior in accordance with positive values ​​in society, which contributes to qualifying them to deal and communicate with others in a safe and correct way.
Modern technical developments in the field of communication via the Internet have contributed to the emergence of many social media outlets, which have come to occupy a great importance and place in the daily lives of various age groups in society. As a result, individuals have begun to live in what is called the digital world, and in the midst of these digital developments, the family needs... To raise its children in ways that support and enhance their digital citizenship values.
This research aims to find the relationship between family upbringing and enhancing the values ​​of digital citizenship among children. The descriptive analytical method was used, and the research tool was an electronic questionnaire. The sample consisted of (200) parents from various social and economic levels and workers in different sectors.
Most important results:
1- There is a direct correlation between family upbringing and enhancing digital citizenship values ​​among children, with a value of 0.814** at a significance level of 0.01.
2- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample members in both family upbringing and enhancing the values ​​of digital citizenship among children, according to the variables of the study.
3- The educational level variable was one of the most influential factors on both family upbringing and enhancing the values ​​of digital citizenship among children.
4- The values ​​of digital knowledge ranked first in terms of the priority of the axes of promoting digital citizenship values ​​among children, followed by the values ​​of digital respect, and the values ​​of digital protection came in last place.
Most important recommendations:
1- Guiding parents on the importance of always being aware of technological developments related to the digital world and digital security issues so that they can enhance the values ​​of digital citizenship among their children.
2- Using family upbringing methods based on good communication and open dialogue to effectively promote the values ​​of digital citizenship among children.
3- Enhancing awareness and knowledge of the basic concepts for children to acquire digital citizenship skills, such as privacy, security, and digital respect.
