تأثير اختلاف شريط البييه للأوزان المختلفة لبعض الأقمشة على جودة التشطيب النهائي The Effect of The Difference in Bias Tape for Different Weights of Some Fabrics on The Quality of The Final Finishing

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على تأثير اختلاف شريط البييه للأوزان المختلفة للأقمشة على جودة التشطيب النهائي، والتعرف على أنسب شريط بييه وفقاً لوزن القماش، وأفضل شريط وفقاً لشكل الحافة (نهايات القماش)، وذلك للحصول على أساس علمي يُبنى عليه أسس اختيار شريط البييه عند تنفيذ الملابس والتغلب على العيوب الفنية والمظهرية الناتجة عند تركيب شريط البييه. لذلك تم تنفيذ عدد (72) عينة لتركيب البييه من القماش السادة مختلف الأوزان، وذلك باستخدام ثلاثة أقمشة بأوزان مختلفة، وأربعة عروض مختلفة لشريط البييه، وثلاثة أشكال للحافة (خط مستقيم – خط منحني – خط منكسر)، وتم التنفيذ في كلا الاتجاهين (الطولي، العرضي) للنسيج. وتم تقييم تلك العينات من قبل المتخصصين في مجال الملابس والنسيج من خلال استبانة لتقييم جودة التشطيب النهائي للعينات. وكانت أهم نتائج البحث كما يلي:
أفضل شكل لحافة العينات هو الخط المنحنى، أفضل خامة تم التنفيذ بواسطتها كانت للقماش ذو الوزن المتوسط (بوبلين). ولا توجد فروق ذات دلاله معنوية بين تقييم المتخصصين لشريط البييه للعينات المنفذة في اتجاهي النسيج (الطولي – العرضي) وفقاً لجودة التشطيب النهائي.
The current research aims to identify the effect of the difference between the bias tape for different weights of fabrics on the quality of the final finishing of the worn-out pieces, to identify the most suitable bias tape according to the weight of the cloth, and the best bias tape according to the shape of the edge (ends of the cloth), in order to obtain a scientific basis on which to base the selection for choosing the bias tape. When making clothes and to overcome the technical and appearance defects resulting from sewing the bias tape. Therefore, a number of (72) samples were made to sew the bias tape from plain fabric of different weights, using three fabrics of different weights, four different widths of the bias tape, and three edge shapes (straight line - curved line - broken line), and it was executed in both directions (vertical), (horizontal) of the textile. These samples were evaluated by specialists in the field of clothing and textiles through a questionnaire to evaluate the quality of the final finishing of the samples. The most important results of the research were as follows:
The best shape for the edge of the samples is the curved line. The best material used was medium weight fabric (poplin). There are no significant differences between the specialists’ evaluation of the bias tape for samples executed in both directions of the fabric (vertical - horizontal) according to the quality of the final finishing.
