The research aims to prepare and implement effectiveness of an electronic guidance program to develop the awareness of mothers of children with ADHD in its four axes (Cognitive Restructuring Strategy, searching for social support Strategy, solving problems Strategy, relaxation and contemplation Strategy) and its relationship to family flexibility in its three dimensions. (Family support, interdependence and cohesion, interaction and communication), The basic research sample consisted of (224) mothers, and the experimental study sample consisted of (56) mothers from the lowest quartile from the same basic research sample and with the same conditions of those with low awareness of anger management strategies and family resilience. They were selected intentionally, provided that they were working and non-working women, and of different social and economic levels. A general data form, a questionnaire on mothers’ awareness of anger management strategies, a family resilience questionnaire, and a guidance program for mothers on anger management strategies and its relationship to family resilience were applied to them. The research used the descriptive analytical method and the experimental method. Statistical programs were created using Spss.X The important  results of the research found that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) among the mothers of the primary research sample in the responses to the mothers’ awareness of anger management strategies questionnaire according to the differences in the study variables (the mother’s work, the mothers’ educational level, the mothers’ age, the number of family members, the average monthly income For the family), it was also shown that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) among the mothers of the basic research sample in the responses to the family flexibility questionnaire according to the differences in the variables of the study. It also became clear that there was a statistically significant correlation that ranged between (0.05) and (0.01) between the axes of the questionnaire. Mothers' awareness of anger management strategies and dimensions of the family resilience questionnaire, It was also found that the educational level of mothers is the most influential factor in explaining the variation in mothers’ awareness of anger management strategies, at a rate of 79%. It was also found that the educational level of mothers is the most influential factor in explaining the variation in mothers’ awareness of family flexibility, at a rate of 83%. The results confirmed the effectiveness of the counseling program to educate mothers, members of the experimental research sample, about anger management strategies and its relationship to family resilience. There were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.01) between the average scores of the experimental sample members before and after implementing the program in favor of the post-measurement. Which demonstrates the effectiveness of the program, as the results of the Eta square test confirmed the presence of a large impact of the program in educating mothers, members of the experimental research sample, about anger management strategies and its relationship to family resilience. The most important recommendations were to create open channels of communication between mothers of children with ADHD and specialists in the field of management of family and childhood institutions, home management, and institutions to conduct scientific lectures and conferences, whether within clubs or their workplaces, to raise awareness of how to acquire family resilience skills. He also urged various media outlets to provide continuous awareness programs for mothers of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and to raise their level of awareness and education about the danger of anger, its symptoms, and how to deal with it to reduce it.
The researchers recommend: the necessity of organizing guidance programs by home management specialists and institutions to enhance anger management strategies for mothers of children with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder in order to reduce family problems and conflicts, work to achieve sound family harmony among family members, and acquire family resilience skills.
