هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن مدى التماس أولياء الأمور  للمعلومات حول قضايا التعليم الابتدائى ( الحديث ) من مجموعات النقاش على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعى واستراتيجيات ودوافع هذا الالتماس فى ضوء استراتيجية وزارة التربية والتعليم الاتصالية
اعتمدت الدراسة على عينة من أولياء أمور طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية ممن يدرسون المنهج الجديد وبلغ عدد العينة (453) مفردة وتوصلت الدراسة إلى الآتى :-

ارتفاع نسبة من يلتمسون المعلومات عن القضايا الخاصة عن تعليم الابتدائى ( الحديث) عبر مجموعات النقاش على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعى حيث حصلت على نسبة 66%.
أثيتت الدراسة أن البحث عن المشاركة والمسأندة الوجدنية والنفسية من قبل أشخاص لهم نفس الظروف ويواجهون نفس التحديات أحد أهم أسباب ودوافع التماس أولياء الأمور المعلومات حول قضايا التعليم الابتدائى ( الحديث) من مجموعات النقاش على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعى حيث سجلت متوسط حسابى 2,59% .
أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن قلة تدريب المدرسين وعدم قدرتهم على توصيل معلومات المنهج الجديد من أهم قضايا التعليم الابتدائى ( الحديث ) من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور حيث حصلت على الترتيب الأول بنسبة 62,91%.
أوضحت الدراسة أن من أهم مقترحات أولياء الأمور لتطوير الاستراتيجية الاتصالية لوزارة التربية والتعليم التأكيد على التدرج كمعيار تربوى لا بد أن يصاحب عملية التطوير وحصل على نسبة 67,55% .

 
 
The study relied on a sample of parents of primary school students who are studying the new curriculum, and the number of the sample was (453 individuals), and the study concluded the following:
 
1- An increase in the percentage of those seeking information on issues related to primary education (Hadith) through discussion groups on social networks, where it reached 66%.
 
2- The study proved that the search for participation and emotional and psychological support by people with the same conditions and facing the same challenges is one of the most important reasons and motives for parents seeking information about primary education issues (talk) from discussion groups on social networks, as it recorded an arithmetic average of 2.59%
 
3- The results of the study indicated that the lack of training for teachers and their inability to communicate the information of the new curriculum is one of the most important issues of primary education (modern) from the point of view of parents, as it ranked first with a rate of 62.91%.
4- The study showed that one of the most important suggestions of parents to develop the communication strategy of the Ministry of Education is the emphasis on gradualism as an educational criterion that must accompany the development process, and it got a score of 67.55%.
