المستخلص

قضية المرأة من القضايا المهمة التي حظيت باهتمام العالم نظراً لمكانتها ودورها في المجتمع فهي نصف المجتمع ،  والاهتمام بقضايا المرأة ومشاركتها وإسهاماتها في تنمية مجتمعاتها جاء من منطلق أن المرأة هي أحد الركائز الأساسية لبناء الثروة البشرية ، وينبغي أن تتمحور حول تمكينها ودعم نفوذها وتنظيم قدراتها وإعلاء مكانتها وتغيير إدراكها لنفسها على نحو يجعلها قادرة على الاختيار .
 
    فعملية التنمية والبناء الاقتصادي والاجتماعي لا تكتمل إلا بمشاركة المرأة وتمكينها على الساحة الوطنية بالتكامل مع الرجل لبناء مجتمع قوي متماسك قادر على مواكبة التغيرات والتحولات المستجدة ، وقادر أيضاً على تحقيق التوازن المجتمعي الذي يشكل دعماً حقيقياً لمستقبل الوطن ، مع المحافظة على الهوية الوطنية والإسلامية معبرة عن ثقتها في أن المملكة ستشهد مزيداً من الإنجازات على صعيد تمكين المرأة .

الكشف عن أكثر المتغيرات تأثيراً على تمكين المرأة في المجتمع عينة البحث.

وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة في تمكين المرأة تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة .

أوصي البحث بــ  :
 

الاهتمام بتطوير مقررات التعليم الجامعي ودمج تمكين المرأة في مختلف المناهج الدراسية لإعداد الطالبات وتأهيلهم في المستقبل .
نشر التوعية بحقوق المرأة من خلال الحملات الإعلامية والبرامج التوعوية التي تستهدف جميع فئات المجتمع.
العمل على رفع المستوى الثقافي للمرأة من خلال إقامة المؤتمرات والندوات وورش العمل المختصة بذلك .
عقد دورات تدريبية وتأهيلية من قبل مختصين في هذا المجال للمرأة لتبادل الخبرات المحلية .

    The issue of women is one of the important issues that have received the world’s attention due to their position and role in society, as they are half of society. The interest in women’s issues and their participation and contributions to the development of their societies came from the premise that women are one of the main pillars of building human capital, and should center around their empowerment, support their influence, organize their capabilities and raise their status. And changing her perception of herself in a way that makes her able to choose.
 
    The process of economic and social development and construction is not complete without the participation of women and their empowerment in the national arena in integration with men to build a strong and cohesive society capable of keeping pace with the new changes and transformations, and also able to achieve societal balance that constitutes real support for the future of the country, while preserving the national and Islamic identity expressing its confidence The Kingdom will witness more achievements in terms of empowering women.
 
The aim of the search is to:
1- Finding the relationship between empowering women in light of the developmental fields within the vision of 2030.
2- Finding the differences between the role of empowering women in light of the developmental fields within the vision of 2030 and the variables of research.
3- Revealing the variables most affecting the empowerment of women in the community, the research sample.
4- Detecting the most influential variables on achieving sustainable development in the light of the 2030 vision of women in the research sample.
 
Find the search:
1- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample members in empowering women according to the study variables.
2- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample members in the developmental fields in the light of Vision 2030 according to the variables of the study.
3- There is a correlation between the women’s empowerment questionnaire and the axes of the questionnaire on developmental fields in the light of Vision 2030.
4- The difference in the participation rate of the factors affecting the empowerment of women.
5- The different relative weights of the most developmental areas in the light of Vision 2030.

1- Attention to developing university education curricula and integrating women’s empowerment in the various curricula to prepare female students and qualify them for the future.
2- Spreading awareness of women's rights through media campaigns and awareness programs targeting all segments of society.
3- Work to raise the cultural level of women through holding conferences, seminars and workshops specialized in this.
4- Holding training and rehabilitation courses by specialists in this field for women to exchange local experiences.
