تصميم مبتكر لشرفات المساكن في المملكة العربية السعودية Innovative design for residential balconies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

إن عملية تصميم واجهات المنازل هو عملية إبداعية تتطلب مراعاة العديد من العوامل فهي تشكل الواجهة الخارجية لمنزلك، بما في ذلك الاسلوب الذي قمت باختياره ( التصميم الداخلي للمنزل )، والموقع الذي سيتم أو قمت ببناء المنزل فيه، والميزانية. فهناك العديد من الأساليب المختلفة التي يمكن استخدامها في تصميم واجهات المنازل، بما في ذلك الاسلوب الكلاسيكي، والحديث، والمعاصر .  حيث يهدف البحث الى :
1- إيجاد تصاميم مبتكره على شرفات المساكن السعودية نظرا لي افتقارها لأداء وظيفتها بالشكل المطلوب
2- تجميل المنطقة الخارجية أو الداخلية لل مسكن عند منطقة الشرفاء والذي يخدم الفكرة .
وتوصلت الباحثة الى النتائج التالية :
1-تعتبر الواجهات الخارجية للمساكن في المملكة العربية السعودية أحد العناصر المهمة و الأساسية في تجميل المسكن من الخارج والداخل
2- أنا ابتكار تصميمات مناسبة لي شرفات المساكن السعودية إضافة قيمة وظيفية أو جمالية للمساكن السعودية .
3- ساعد برنامج التصميم بالحاسب الآلي  3Dmax  في إخراج الفكرة تصميمية وحقق الهدف بشكل جيد .
4-مراعاة العوامل الاجتماعية والبيئة  ساهمت في إخراج التصميمات بالشكل المطلوب و تحقيق الهدف المرجو من البحث .
وكانت التوصيات كالتالي :
1-ضرورة الاهتمام بالنواحي الجمالية و الوظيفية لي واجهات المساكن السعودية من قبل المختصين ( المهندسين المعتمرين والمصممين الداخلين )
2- ضرورة مراعاة العوامل الاجتماعية والبيئة والتي لا تمنع من تحقيق مبدأ الابتكار في عمل تصميمات تناسب البيئة السعودية الواجهات المساكن .

ضرورة مراعاة العوامل التصميميه في تجميد المساكن السعودية دون الانفصال عن العامل الاجتماعي والبيئة .

 
 
   The process of designing house facades is a creative process that requires consideration of many factors as it forms the exterior facade of your house, including the style you have chosen (interior design of the house), the location where the house will be built, and the budget. There are many different styles that can be used in designing house facades, including classic, modern, and contemporary styles.
The research aims to:
1- Creating innovative designs on the balconies of Saudi homes due to their lack of performing their function as required
2- Beautification of the external or internal area of ​​the residence in the honorable area, which serves the idea.
The researcher reached the following results:
1-The exterior facades of homes in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are considered one of the important and essential elements in beautifying the home from the outside and inside.
2- I create suitable designs for Saudi housing balconies, adding functional or aesthetic value to Saudi housing.
3- The 3Dmax computer design program helped in producing the design idea and achieved the goal well.
4- Taking into account social and environmental factors contributed to producing the designs in the required manner and achieving the desired goal of the research.
The recommendations were as follows:
1-The need to pay attention to the aesthetic and functional aspects of the facades of Saudi housing by specialists (Umrah engineers and interior designers)
2- It is necessary to take into account social and environmental factors, which do not prevent the realization of the principle of innovation in making designs that suit the Saudi environment for residential facades.
3- It is necessary to take into account design factors in freezing Saudi housing without separating from the social factor and the environment.
