تعتبر حاضنات الأعمال من ركائز نجاح المشروعات الصغيرة واستمراريتها في ظل وتيرة تنافس عالية وبيئة متواصلة التطور والتجديد وذلك من خلال تشجيع الخريجين على الأبداع والابتكار لإقامة مشروعات صغيرة للقضاء على البطالة لإعداد جيل متميز من رواد الأعمال في المملكة العربية السعودية بخطة تتوافق مع رؤية المملكة المستقبلية 2030 فتصميم حاضنة أعمال في مجال صناعة الملابس تعتبر الأنسب لتقديم أكبر حزمة من خدمات الدعم الفني للمشروعات الصغيرة التي تحتاج إلى الدعم والمساندة وعمل دراسة جدوى في مجال صناعة الملابس، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة دور حاضنات الأعمال في صناعة الملابس لتدعيم الابتكار في مجال المشروعات الصغيرة،
عمل دراسة جدوى (فنية، مالية، تسويقية) في مجال صناعة الملابس، يهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة دور حاضنات الأعمال في صناعة الملابس لتدعيم الابتكار في مجال المشروعات الصغيرة، إبراز دور المشروعات الصغيرة في التنمية الاقتصادية ، تصميم نموذج حاضنة أعمال في صناعة الملابس لتدعيم الابتكار بمجال المشروعات الصغيرة في المملكة العربية السعودية، قياس نسبة اتفاق الأساتذة لمتخصصين لتصميم نموذج حاضنة الأعمال في صناعة الملابس لتدعيم الابتكار في المشروعات الصغيرة
و تم ذلك بحساب التكرارات والنسب المئوية لدرجة اتفاق الأساتذة المتخصصين في مجال الملابس والنسيج لتصميم نموذج حاضنة أعمال في صناعة الملابس لتدعيم الابتكار بمجال المشروعات الصغيرة واتضحت بأنها إيجابية، وتم قياس نسبة اتفاق خريجات الكليات المناظرة للدعم الفني المقدم من خلال حاضنة الأعمال في صناعة الملابس لتدعيم الابتكار بمجال المشروعات الصغيرة للمشروع المحتضن وتم ذلك بحساب التكرارات والنسب المئوية لدرجة اتفاق الخريجات للدعم الفني المقدم من خلال حاضنة الأعمال في صناعة الملابس لتدعيم الابتكار بمجال المشروعات الصغيرة واتضحت بأنها إيجابية.

Abstract :
 
  Business incubators are considered among the pillars of the success and continuity of small projects in light of the high pace of competition and an environment of continuous development and renewal by encouraging graduates to innovate and establish small projects to eliminate unemployment to prepare a distinguished generation of entrepreneurs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a plan that is in line with the Kingdom’s future vision 2030. A business incubator in the clothing industry is considered the most appropriate to provide the largest package of technical support services for small projects that need support and assistance and to conduct a feasibility study in the clothing industry. This research aims to study the role of business incubators in the clothing industry to support innovation in the field of small projects.

This was done by calculating the frequencies and percentages of the degree of agreement of professors specialized in the field of clothing and textiles to design a business incubator model in the clothing industry to support innovation in the field of small projects and it turned out to be positive. In the field of small projects for the incubated project, this was done by calculating the frequencies and percentages of the degree of agreement of the graduates for the technical support provided through the business incubator in the garment industry to support innovation in the field of small projects, and it turned out to be positive.
