تطويع تقنية الطبقات والقطع لتوليف الأقمشة في التصميم على المانيكان لتعزيز التنمية المستدامة Adapting the Technique of Layering and Slashing to Combine Fabrics in the Design on the Mannequin to Promote Sustainable Development

هدف البحث إلى دراسة تقنية الطبقات والقطع لتوليف الأقمشة، إعداد أقمشة باستخدام تقنية الطبقات والقطع لتوليف مخلفات المصانع تصلح لملابس السهرة للنساء وتعزز التنمية المستدامة، تطويع الأقمشة المنفذة في ابتكار تصميمات على المانيكان، قياس درجة قبول المتخصصين للأقمشة والتصميمات المنفذة، قياس درجة قبول المستهلكات للتصميمات المنفذة. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع التطبيق، تكونت عينة البحث من (15) المتخصصين في مجال الملابس والنسيج، وعدد (35) المستهلكات. اشتملت أدوات البحث على عدد (3) استبانات لقياس درجة قبول المتخصصين للأقمشة والتصميمات المنفذة، وقياس درجة قبول المستهلكات للتصميمات المنفذة. تم تنفيذ (7) قطع من الأقمشة باستخدام توليف الأقمشة (مخلفات المصانع والمشاغل) بتقنية الطبقات والقطع، واستخدمت الأقمشة في ابتكار (7) فساتين سهرة بأسلوب التصميم على المانيكان. أسفرت نتائج البحث عن تحقيق الجانب الجمالي للأقمشة المنفذة، والتوزيع التكراري الجيد لوحداتها مع تناسق الألوان ومواكبتها للموضة المعاصرة بما يحقق البعد الاجتماعي للتنمية المستدامة، وكذلك تحقيق الجانب التقني من حيث دقة التنفيذ وتميزها عن غيرها من الأقمشة الموجودة بالأسواق بتحقيق البعد الثالث في تنفيذها، وتعزيز التنمية المستدامة في البعدين البيئي والاقتصادي بإعادة تدوير المخلفات والاستفادة منها في ابتكار تصميمات على المانيكان، وقد أشارت آراء عينة البحث إلى تحقيق التوظيف الجيد للأقمشة في التصميمات المنفذة، كذلك تميز تصميمات الملابس بالإبداع والمعاصرة، وأن الأقمشة المستخدمة في التصميمات أضافت بعداً جمالياً، أيضاً أثبتت النتائج إيجابية آراء المتخصصين تجاه الأقمشة المنفذة، وكذلك إيجابية آراء كلاً من المتخصصين والمستهلكات تجاه تصميمات الملابس المنفذة بأسلوب التصميم على المانيكان.
 
 
Adapting the Technique of Layering and Slashing to Combine Fabrics in the Design on the Mannequin to Promote Sustainable Development
Abstract:
The aim of the research is to identify ways to utilize the waste of factories and workshops in promoting sustainable development, study the technique of layering and slashing to produce fabrics, prepare fabrics using layering and slashing technique to produce waste suitable for evening wear for women and promote sustainable development, adapt the implemented fabrics to create designs on mannequins, measure the level of acceptance of specialists for fabrics and implemented designs, measure the level of acceptance of consumers for implemented designs. The research followed a descriptive-analytical methodology with application. The research sample consisted of 15 specialists in the field of clothing and textiles, and 35 consumers. The research tools included three questionnaires to measure the level of acceptance of specialists for fabrics and implemented designs, and to measure the level of acceptance of consumers for implemented designs. Seven pieces of fabric were produced using the layering and slashing technique to combine fabrics (waste from factories and workshops), and the fabrics were used to create seven evening dresses with a design on mannequin style. The results of the research showed that the implemented fabrics achieved the aesthetic aspect, with good repetitive distribution of their units with color harmony and keeping up with contemporary fashion, achieving the social dimension of sustainable development. Moreover, the technical aspect was achieved in terms of accuracy of execution and its distinctiveness from other fabrics available in the markets, achieving the third dimension in its implementation and promoting sustainable development in the environmental and economic dimensions by recycling waste and utilizing it in creating designs on mannequins. The research sample's opinions indicated that the implemented designs achieved good use of fabrics, and the clothing designs were distinguished by creativity and contemporariness. The fabrics used in the designs added a aesthetic dimension. The results also showed positive opinions by specialists toward the implemented fabrics, as well as positive opinions by both specialists and consumers toward the clothing designs created with design on mannequins style.
