تحقيق أنسب خواص الراحة الملبسية لأقمشة القميص الرجالي المنتجة ببعض التراكيب البنائية المختلفة Achieving the most appropriate clothing comfort properties for men's shirt fabrics produced with some different constructivism compositions

    يهدف هذا البحث الي اجراء دراسة تجريبية لمعرفة مدي تأثير كل من نوع خامات خيط اللحمة المستخدمة و التركيب النسجى  علي الخواص الطبيعية والميكانيكية للاقمشة المنتجة لتحقيق انسب خواص للراحة الملبسية تتناسب مع الاداء الوظيفي للقميص الرجالي من حيث خامة خيط اللحمة والتركيب النسجى ، وكانت متغيرات البحث كما يلي:
    1- خامات خيط اللحمه المستخدمة ( القطن 100% - بوليستر 100% – فسكوز 100% ).
    2- التراكيب النسجبة المستخدمة ( سادة 1/1 – سن ممتد اللحمة 2/2 – أطلس 5 – مبرد 2/1 ).
 دوبي ).MRT وقد تم انتاج عينات الاقمشة علي نول ( 44 ثور ثورب
    قامت الباحثة بنسج الاقمشة في اقسام الغزل والنسج بمصنع مصر للغزل والنسيج بمحافظة المحلة الكبري ، ثم قامت الباحثة باجراء الاختبارات علي  الاقمشة المنتجة تحت الدراسة في معامل الفحص بصندوق الدعم بمحافظة الاسكندرية وفي معامل الفحص والجودة في شركة مصر للغزل والنسج بمحافظة المحلة الكبري وكانت هذه الاختبارات هي:
  (وزن المترالمربع – السمك – قوة شد القماش فى اتجاه اللحمة – الاستطالة فى اتجاه اللحمة – زمن الامتصاص – نفاذية الهواء).
حيث قامت الباحثة بتنفيذ ( 12 ) عينة وقد استخدمت المنهج التجريبي والمنهج التحليلي ثم قامت بمعالجة البيانات أحصائيا للوصول الي النتائج والتأكد من صحة فروض البحث ، وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية :
 ان القماش المنتج بالتركيب النسجى (سادة 1/1) ومنفذ بخامة خيط اللحمة (فسكوز100%) هو الافضل على الاطلاق بالنسبة لجميع الخواص المقاسة.

Abstract
      This research aims to conduct an experimental study to find out the influence of each type of weft thread materials used and the textile composition on the natural and mechanical properties of the fabrics produced to achieve the lowest properties for wearing comfort commensurate with the functional performance of the men’s shirt in terms of the weft thread material and textile composition.
The research variables are according to:

The weft thread materials used (100% cotton – 100% polyester – 100% fescues).
Textile compositions used are (plain 1/1 – Tooth extended by weft 2/2 – Atlas 5–Maprad 1/2).

The Fabric samples were produced on a loom (Thor thorp 44 MRT Dobby).
    The fabric samples have been weaved at the weaving and yarn department, Misr for Weaving and Yarn Factory, El-Mahalla El-Kubra Governorate.
    Then some practical experiments have been made on the fabrics under study at the Support Fund in Alexandria and in the inspection and quality laboratories in the Misr Spinning and Weaving Company in the Greater Mahalla Governorate. These experiments are:
    Weight per square meter – Thickness – Fabric tensile strength in the wet direction – Elongation in the weft direction – Absorption time - Air permeability)
    The researcher implemented (12) samples and followed the experimental method and the analytical method, the data was processed statistically to reach the results and to verify the validity of the research hypotheses.
    The study found the following results:
The fabric products by the weave composition (plain 1/1) and executed with weft thread material (fescues 100%) are the best fabrics for all natural and mechanical properties measured.
