تحقيق خواص الراحة للأقمشة المنتجة من خامة التنسيل لتناسب أغطية الرأس للسيدات

المستخلص

ملخص البحث:
يهدف هذا البحث إلى إجراء دراسة تجريبية لبيان مدى تأثير بعض الأساليب التنفيذية علي الخواص الوظيفية لأقمشة أغطية الرأس للسيدات المنتجة ببعض التراكيب البنائية المختلفة للوصول إلي أفضل المعايير القياسية لإنتاج أقمشة أغطية الرأس للسيدات والتي تحقق أفضل أداء وظيفي من حيث التركيب النسجي وكثافة خيط اللحمة، وذلك باستخدام خيط لحمة التنسيل 100% (نمرة 30/1 ترقيم إنجليزي)، وخيط سداء قطن 100% (نمرة50/2)، وقد تم إنتاج الأقمشة المنتجة تحت البحث طبقا للمتغيرات باستخدام ثلاث كثافات لخيط اللحمة (30، 35، 40 حدفة/سم)، واستخدام ثلاث تراكيب نسيجية مختلفة (سادة ممتد من كلا الاتجاهين 2/2، أطلس (8) بعدة (3)، مبرد غير منتظم  )
وقد تم إجراء بعض الاختبارات المعملية علي الأقمشة تحت البحث وتشمل (قوة الشد - الاستطالة - زاوية الانفراج – نفاذية الهواء - وزن المتر المربع - صلابة الانثناء - زمن الامتصاص)، وبعد الحصول علي نتائج الاختبارات تم تحليل النتائج باستخدام تحليل التباين الأحادي N – Way ANOVA))، واختبار LSD للمقارنات المتعددة.
 وقد توصلت الدراسة إلي أن القماش المنتج من خامة التنسيل وبتركيب نسجي أطلس (8) وبكثافة خيط لحمة 30حدفة/سم هو الأفضل بالنسبة لجميع الخواص المقاسة وذلك بمعامل جودة 81.98.

Achieving the Comfort Properties of Fabrics Produced from Tencel Material to Fit Women's Covers Head
Abstract:
The aim of this research is the experimental study to show the  Effect of some Executive methods on the functional properties of women's covers head fabrics which is produced by some different structures by using 100% Tencel thread (30/ 1 Ne) in weft yarn and 100% cotton thread (50/2) in warp yarn, in order to reach the best standards for the production of women's covers head fabrics, which achieve the best functional performance in terms of Fabric structure and weft density pick/cm, these fabrics were produced with the following variables: The density of the weft thread used:  Three densities of the weft thread were used: (30, 35, 40 pick/cm), The Weave Designs used: Three different weave designs were used: Three different Structures were used in this research: (basket weave 2/2, Satin (8), Twill weave ).
Some specific laboratory tests were done on the fabrics in the research, including the following: (Tensile strength - Elongation - Divergence angle - Air permeability - Weight per square meter - Fabric stiffness - Absorption time), After obtaining the results of the tests, the results were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance (N-Way ANOVA), and the LSD test for multiple comparisons, The study reached the following results:
The fabric produced from Tencel thread with a Satin (8) weave and with a weft thread density of 30 pick/cm is the best for all measured properties, with a quality factor of 81.98.
