فاعلية برنامج تعلم نقال قائم علي تطبيقات الويب 2.0 لتنمية مهارات تصميم وإنتاج المجلات الإلکترونية لدي معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الکويت

لقد تناولت العديد من البحوث والدراسات الأجنبية والعربية فاعلية وأثر تطبيق تکنولوجيا التعلم النقال في العملية التعليمية ، والتي جميعها أثبتت الدور الفاعل لها في تحقيق أهداف العملية التعليمية ورفع کفاءة التحصيل الدراسي ، وأيضا تنمية العديد من المهارات العملية في العديد من المقررات لدي کلا من الطلاب في مختلف المراحل ، والمعلمين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس ، والسادة القائمين علي العملية الإدارية.
ولعل من أهم أسباب الدعوة لتطبيق تکنولوجيا التعلم النقال بالمؤسسات التعليمية هو ما أشارت اليه بعض الدراسات إلى أن المتعلمين الذين مارسوا عملية التعلم من خلال تقنيات التعليم النقال کانوا أکثر ترکيزا في تحقيق أهداف التعلم والبقاء لفترات أطول للقيام بأنشطة التعلم نتيجة تحقيق المتعة والفائدة فيها.
مما سبق يتبين أنه من الضروري تطبيق تکنولوجيا التعلم النقال في مجالات التعليم والتدريب المختلفة، سواء لتنمية مهارات الطلاب المعرفية والمهارية، أو حتي في العملية الإدارية لمتابعة العملية التعليمية، وأيضا تصميم وتطوير المقررات والأنشطة التعليمية، لذا يحاول الباحث من خلال هذا البحث أن يصمم بيئة تعلم نقال في ضوء مجموعة من معايير التصميم التعليمي للتعلم الإلکتروني النقال ، لتقديم مجموعة من المفاهيم والمهارات والأنشطة للطلاب(رامي جاد،2016).
ومن بين المهارات الواجب تنميتها لدي المعلمين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس هي مهارات النشر الإلکتروني وإنتاج الکتب والمجلات الإلکترونية والتي أصبحت عنصر هاما في نشر المحتوي بين مستخدمي الوسائط والأجهزة النقالة، لما تتمتع به من صغر في الحجم وجوده في الشکل ودقة في المحتوي وغزارة في المعلومات.
 
 
The effectiveness of a mobile learning program based on Web 2.0 applications to develop design skills and production of electronic journals for middle school teachers in the State of Kuwait
Many foreign and Arab research and studies have examined the effectiveness and impact of the application of mobile learning technology in the educational process, all of which have proven its effective role in achieving the goals of the educational process and raising the efficiency of academic achievement, and also developing many practical skills in many of the courses I have for both students in different Stages, teachers, faculty, and gentlemen in charge of the administrative process.
Perhaps one of the most important reasons for advocating the application of mobile learning technology in educational institutions is what some studies have indicated that the learners who practiced the learning process through mobile education techniques were more focused in achieving learning goals and staying longer for doing learning activities as a result of achieving fun and benefit in it.
From the above it turns out that it is necessary to apply mobile learning technology in the various fields of education and training, whether to develop students' cognitive and skill skills, or even in the administrative process to follow the educational process, and also design and develop courses and educational activities, so the researcher tries through this research to design a learning environment Mobile in light of a set of educational design standards for mobile e-learning, to provide a set of concepts, skills and activities for students (Rami Gad, 2016).
Among the skills that must be developed among teachers and faculty are electronic publishing skills and the production of electronic books and magazines, which have become an important element in the dissemination of content among media users and mobile devices, due to its small size, presence in form, accuracy in content and abundance of information.
