أثر تصميم مجلة تعليمية إلکترونية علي تنمية مهارات البحث التعاوني في محرکات البحث الإلکترونية لدي طلاب الدراسات العليا بکلية التربية

يشهد هذا العصر الکثير من التطورات والمستحدثات التکنولوجية والتي تميزه عن باقي العصور الأخري، وذلک في معظم المجالات العلمية والتکنولوجية وخاصة في مجال التعليم علي وجه الخصوص؛ من أجل توفير بيئة تعليمية مناسبة للطلاب تتوافر بها کافة العناصر التي تؤدي إلي نجاح العملية التعليمية، وتعتبر هذه البيئة هي المرجع الرئيس للحصول علي کافة المعلومات والخبرات التي يريدها الطلاب أثناء التعلم، وخاصة عندما تکون متاحة علي شبکة الإنترنت بحيث يسهل الوصول إليها في أي وقت ومن أي مکان.
وتعد من أهم تلک التطورات المستحدثة في هذا العصر وتخص مجال العملية التعليمية؛ والتي يجب مسايرتها والعمل علي توظيفها بشکل جيد وفعال في عملية التعلم؛ ظهور ما يسمي بالمجلات التعليمية الإلکترونية والتي تتيح العديد من المميزات والفوائد لکافة مستخدميها من الطلاب في المراحل التعليمية المختلفة، مما جعلها لديها القدرة علي  منافسة المجلات والصحف المطبوعة بشکل کبير وطرحت نفسها علي الساحة التعليمية بصورة واضحة، حيث يتم نشر تلک المجلات علي الشبکة الدولية کإصدارات لمجلات مطبوعة أو تکون في صورة مجلات إلکترونية أصلية مستقلة مخصصة في إحدي المجالات التعليمية الرئيسة. (شريف اللبان، 2001)
مما أحدث بظهورها ثورة کبيرة تعرف بإسم ثورة النشر الإلکتروني للبيانات والمعلومات والمعارف وغيرها؛ والتي أدت إلي حدوث تطورات متسارعة ومتتالية في مجال النشر الإلکتروني بکافة أشکاله وصورة، وأتسم کل تطور من تلک التطورات بمجموعة من المميزات الجديدة والخصائص المختلفة والتي جعلت اعتماد الطلاب عليها بشکل رئيس من ضمن أهم مصادر المعلومات لديهم. ويتضح مما سبق المميزات الکثيرة التي تقدمها المجلات الإلکترونية لمستخدميها، کما يتضح فاعليتها في تنمية العديد من المهارات في المراحل التعليمية المختلفة، وخاصة عند إستخدامها في تنمية مهارات البحث التعاوني في محرکات البحث وهذا ما يسعي إليه البحث الحالي، حيث أن معظم الدراسات العربية في هذا المجال اهتمت بالتعلم التعاوني ولم تهتم بالأبحاث المعلوماتية

It is one of the most important of these developments in this era and is concerned with the field of the educational process; Which must be managed and employed in a good and effective manner in the learning process; The emergence of the so-called electronic educational magazines, which provide many advantages and benefits for all of its students students in the different educational stages, which made it have the ability to compete with magazines and newspapers printed heavily and presented itself on the educational scene in a clear way, as these magazines are published on the international network as publications for magazines Printed or in the form of original independent electronic magazines devoted to one of the main educational fields. (Sharif Al-Labban, 2001)
Which resulted in the emergence of a great revolution known as the revolution of electronic publishing of data, information, knowledge and others; Which led to the occurrence of rapid and successive developments in the field of electronic publishing in all its forms and forms, and each of these developments was characterized by a set of new features and various characteristics that made students reliance on them mainly among the most important sources of information they have. (Mohamed Abdel Halim, 2003)
It is clear from the foregoing the many advantages that electronic magazines provide to their users, as well as their effectiveness in developing many skills at different educational stages, especially when they are used in developing cooperative research skills in search engines and this is what the current research seeks, as most Arab studies in this field She was interested in cooperative learning and was not interested in informational research
